It is color coded to indicate which variations activate which muscles. We recommend 10-15 reps at each variation, twice a day, for the average customer, however you can adjust reps as needed. Blue will target the chest, red will target the shoulders, yellow will target the back, and green will target the triceps, If you place the handles where there is more than one color it will target both muscle groups.
